摘要
熔体泵在高分子挤出塑料行业已经成为不可或缺的设备,其运行方式主要为直接运行,无可切换的备机进行使用,一旦熔体泵出现异常状况,会使整条生产线停产,造成较大损失,且维修造价较高主要对由于润滑流道堵塞造成轴承和轴抱死,烧坏轴承和齿轮轴的情况进行分析并提出解决方案。
Melt pump in polymer extrusion plastic industry has become an indispensable equipment, its mode of operation is mainly run directly without switchable preparation machine, once the melt pump abnormal condition, will make the whole production line shutdown, resulting in large losses, and the maintenance cost is high, this paper mainly expounds the flow blockage due to lubrication bearing and shaft locking, burn bearings and gear shaft are analyzed and solutions.
