摘要
通过硬度试验、TEM等方法研究了一种含Cu低碳微合金钢不同温度及时间回火后的硬度变化及微观组织。结果表明:不同回火温度条件下,其短时间回火硬度均低于淬火态;长时间回火硬度变化趋势不同,500℃回火硬度最高且趋势平稳,600℃回火硬度最低,并呈下降趋势;其回火组织均为板条结构,并随温度升高和时间延长,板条间距变宽但未有再结晶现象,保持良好的热稳定性;600℃回火硬度下降趋势是基体组织软化与Cu析出物过时效现象共同作用的结果。
Effect of tempering temperature and time on the hardness and microstructure of a Cu-bearing low carbon microalloyed steel was investigated by using hardness test and transmission electron microscope( TEM). The results show that the hardness of the steel undergone short time tempering is always lower than that of the quenched state. The hardness undergone long time tempering varies in different ways:the hardness of the steel tempered at 500 ℃ reaches the highest and tends to be steady,while the hardness tempered at 600 ℃ is the lowest with a trend to decrease. The tempered microstructures are all lath structure,and with the increase of tempering temperature and time,the spacing of the lath is widened but recrystallization has not been observed,the steel maintains a good thermal stability. The decreasing trend of the hardness tempered at 600 ℃ is the concurrent result of softening of the matrix and over-aging of Cu precipitates.
