摘要
研究了不同冷却速率下一种含钛微合金钢的相变过程与相变温度的变化,结合金相-硬度法获得该含钛微合金钢的动态CCT曲线。结果表明:含钛微合金钢的Ac_1=702℃、Ac_3=826℃;随着冷速增加,奥氏体转变开始和结束温度逐步下降;冷速小于1.5℃/s时,组织为铁素体与珠光体;1.5~2.5℃/s冷速为贝氏体产生的临界冷速;冷速为5~10.0℃/s时,组织主要是贝氏体;冷速为15~20℃/s时组织为下贝氏体与少量马氏体;随冷速增加,硬度整体呈升高趋势。
The transformation process and the transformation temperature of a titanium containing microalloyed steel at different cooling rates were studied. The dynamic CCT curve of the tested steel was obtained by metallographic method combined with hardness test. The results show that the Ac_1 and Ac_3 of the steel are 702 ℃ and 826 ℃,respectively. The start temperature and finishing temperature decrease with increasing cooling rate. The microstructure of the steel is composed of ferrite and pearlite when the cooling rate is less than 1. 5 ℃/s,the critical cooling rate of bainite forming is 1. 5-2. 5 ℃/s,the microstructure is mainly composed of bainite when the cooling rate is 5-10. 0 ℃/s,and the microstructure is composed of lower bainite and a little martensite when the cooling rate is 15-20 ℃/s. The hardness of the steel increases with increasing cooling rate roughly.
