摘要
运用对比分析法、实验法和数理统计法,通过教学实验,对比分析了传统网球教学法与"快易网球"教学法在高校网球课程中优势与弊端。旨在寻求一种最有效的网球教学法,即既能让学生在短时间内就能进行对打并感受到网球的快乐,也能使学生掌握规范、正确的网球基本技术动作并为以后的学习奠定良好的基础。最后得出"快易网球"教学法更适合在学生初学阶段使用,传统网球教学法则更适合在学生后期阶段的学习中使用,在高校网球课程教学中应注重传统网球教学法和"快易网球"教学法的有效结合。
The methods of comparative analysis, experiments and mathematical statistics combined with teaching experiments were adopted to make a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of two tennis teaching methods-the traditional and the ＂ quiek and easy＂ , aiming at finding the most effective method that can not only help students to carry out in a short rally and enjoy the joy of tennis, but also make students master the normalized and correct movement and basic techniques, h came to the eonclusion that ＂ quick and easy tennis＂ method is more suitable for novice students while traditional one is more suitable for use in the later stages of learning. In the practice of collegiate tennis teaching, the combination of the two methods is preferred.
