摘要
通过对《全唐诗》《全宋词》文献中描述的体育项目进行整理,研究唐宋节令体育、女子体育和养生体育在朝代更替中的发展特点。在唐宋朝代更替中,节令体育和女子体育逐渐由竞技性向观赏性、表演性转变,养生体育则由精神层面逐渐向物质层面延伸。
The paper based on the sports project description in the whole Tang Poem and the Song Jambic Verse studied the development feature of the holiday sports, women sports and heahh-keeping sports in Tang and Song dynasties. Results show that holiday sports and women sports were gradually changed from the competitiveness to ornamental and performing, and health-keeping sports were gradually extended from the spirit to the material level in the process of transformation from the Tang dynasty to Song dynasty, which provides reference for the change of modern sports.
