摘要
在地铁地下车站结构施工中,经常会有为规划线路下穿做预留的情况,为了降低盾构机刀盘的切割损耗,提高盾构机贯穿掘进的效率和安全性,先期施工的车站围护结构采用玻璃纤维筋代替普通钢筋无疑将具有一定的优势。以天津地铁4号线东兴路站工程为背景,介绍玻璃纤维筋的材料特性、施工工艺、施工质量控制及验收标准,同时分析了玻璃纤维筋代替普通钢筋作围护结构的优点。
In the structure construction of subway underground station, it is often to make a reservation of underneath crossing passage for long-term planning route. In order to reduce cutting loss of shield cutter and increase efficiency and safety of penetrated tunneling, the application of glass fiber-reinforced polymers to enclosure structure of former-constructed station to replace ordinary reinforced steel bars undoubtedly has certain advantages. Taking Dongxing Station of Tianjin No.4 subway as the background, this paper introduces several aspects including material characteristics of glass fiber-reinforced polymer, construction technology, construction quality control and acceptance standard, and also analyzes advantages of glass fiber-reinforced polymers compared with ordinary steel bars for construction of enclosure structure.
