汽车横梁零件拉深模数字化设计

摘要 采用CAD/CAE数字化技术,基于自顶向下的设计思路,对汽车覆盖件模具进行了数字化设计,提高了覆盖件模具设计的准确性和开发效率。首先通过CAE技术对横梁零件的拉深方向、压料面和工艺补充面进行设计,获得数字化拉深模型面,并进行仿真验证,将拉深模型面导入UG软件中,从总体到局部设计了横梁拉深模结构,最后横梁零件的实际生产结果验证了该方法的有效性。 Integrating CAD/CAE digital technology and using top to bottom design methodolo-gy, the design accuracy and efficiency of the die for cover panels were improved. Firstly,the drawing direction of the parts, the binder surface and the addendum surface were de-signed by using CAE technology. The digital model of drawing die was obtained, simulatedand verified. Then the digital model of drawing die was imported into UG software, andthe structure of drawing die for crossbeam was designed from top to bottom. Finally, theresults of actual production verified the effectiveness of the method.
