摘要
分析我国农业信息供给法律保障机制的现状,并针对我国农业信息供给法律保障机制的现状提出了一系列的完善措施:构建农业信息供给保障的主体法律制度;加强农业信息供给保障的法律制度建设;建立健全农业信息供给保障的财政政策;建立健全农业信息供给保障的基础设施建设法律制度。希望我国在农业信息供给法律保障机制的指导下,实现跨越式发展。
This paper analyzes the present situation of legal safeguard mechanism by agricultural information supply in China, and puts forward a series of improvement for agricultural information supply safety： to build the subject legal system, to strengthen the legal system construction, to establish and improve measures the fiscal policy, and to establish a legal system for improving the infrastructure construction. It is hoped that our country can realize the leap-forward development under the guidance of the legal safeguard mechanism of agricultural information supply.
