摘要
通过分析露石混凝土表面清扫出砂浆的物理性质,运用体积与质量间相互转化,计算出不同砂浆层厚度的清扫量值,并建立砂浆层厚度与清扫量之间的预测模型。结果表明:随着砂浆层厚度的变化,实际清扫量与理论预测清扫量线性拟合的斜率相近;露石清扫量随着路面成型后砂浆层厚度和露石深度之和"H"的增加而增大;喷洒露石剂后覆膜养生10~11 h后进行清扫,露石深度在2.53~2.27 mm范围内,清扫量处于6.93~7.15 kg/m^2范围。
Through the analysis of the physical properties of the exposed-aggregate concrete pavement (EACCP) cleaning, and use the mutual transformation of volume and quality, to caculate the the amount of cleaning of different mortar layer thickness.And establish the prediction model between the thickness of the mortar layer and the amount of cleaning.The results show that with the change of the thickness oftlae mortar layer.The actual cleaning volume is similar to the slope of the theoretical prediction cleaning volume.The amount of cleaning of the EACCP is significantly increased with the increase of the thickness of the mortar layer and the depth of the aggregate. Spraying aggregate exposing solvent and cure 10 -11 h before cleaning,the depth of the aggregate is in the range of 2.53N2.27 ram, and the amount of cleaning is in the range of 6.93-7.15 kg/m^2.
