摘要
[目的]探讨接诊成批特重烧伤病人的护理管理方法。[方法]回顾总结2000年1月—2006年2月收治的8批42例特重烧伤病人的护理管理方法。[结果]8批42例病人中,38例病人通过治疗痊愈出院,4例病人因多器官功能衰竭抢救无效死亡。[结论]充分做好病人入院前的准备,合理组织分工,严密观察和处理病人是成功接诊成批特重烧伤病人的关键。
Objective: To probe into the method of nursing management on groups of very severe burn patients. Method: A total of 42 cases of 8 groups very severe burn patients admitted to hospital from Jan. 2000 to Feb.2006 have summarized retrospectively on their nursing management method. Result: Among all the 8 groups 42 cases, 38 of them had recovered and discharged after treatment, 4 of them were died from multiple organs functional failure. Conclusion: The key points for well reception of groups of very severe burn patients are adequate pre-hospital preparation for patients, rational organization and labor allotment, closely observation and handling.
