Objective:To probe into the influence of different labor allotment of emergency staffs on the achievement ratio of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and its clinical significances. Method: A total of 103 sudden cardiac and pneumatic arrest patients were divided into test and control groups. The rescuing was carried out at official work time in test group, and proper standing position and clear labor allotment being taken for them. While the first-aid were performed at off-work time with less staffs in control group cases. The process of cardio-pulmonary-cerebral resuscitation was divided into three stages of stage I, II, and III. Then the achievement ratio of the two groups on every stage was compared and analyzed. Result: The achievement ratio of cardio-pulmonary-cerebral resuscitation on stage I, II and III carried out during official work time are all higher than that on off-work time obviously. There are significant differences between them (P<0.05). Conclusion: The achievement ratio is higher in rescuing cardio-pneumatic arrest patients with adequate rescuing team members, proper standing positions, performed during work time than performed in off-work time.
