摘要
为验证喷涂绝热材料对黑色金属挤压铸造模具热平衡温度的影响,采用ProCAST软件模拟了汽车变速器副箱锥环支板的挤压铸造成形过程,对绝热涂料模具的温度场进行分析。结果表明,涂料层可以有效抑制模具型腔温度的大幅波动,使模具型腔温度缓慢上升。涂料层降低模具工作温度作用有限,难以解决因黑色金属挤压铸造模具型腔过早失效问题。采用强制冷却的热管理方案可成为提高黑色金属挤压铸造模具寿命的新途径。
To verify the effects of spraying heat insulating material on the peak temperature of ferrous metal liquid forging die,ProCAST software was used to simulate the liquid forging process of gearbox plate and analyze the temperature field of the die surface with spraying heat insulating material.The simulated results reveal that the coating layer can restrain effectively the temperature fluctuations of die cavity and take the temperature slowly rising.However,the ability of reducing the die maximum working temperature by spraying heat insulating material exhibits low,so it is difficult to solve the premature failure of liquid die,which is caused by high temperature of liquid metal.It is a potential way to improve the service life of ferrous metal squeezing die by the forced cooling technology.
