摘要
四川川东达州地区陆相自流井组和须家河组地层岩性致密,钻头消耗大,机械钻速低,而处于该段定向造斜施工,无疑是更加的困难,是制约该区域钻井提速的关键层段。如何有效的实现提速,尝试各种施工方案以及井下工具使用和调整钻井工器具,实现钻井与定向工作的有效开展,成了急需解决的问题。本文通过对分析计算分层段岩石可钻性,钻井设计以及轨迹优化,降低硬地层和软硬交互层段钻头失效导致的钻速低问题,在实际生产中进行探讨和尝试,以期提高自流井组至须家河组钻井与定向速度。
This paper analyzed the problems of rock drill ability of layered section, drilling design, trajectory optimization, the hard formation reducing and low drilling rate caused by the failure of drill in the soft-hard interaction zone. We discussed and tried during the practical production, in order to improve the directional drilling speed of Ziliujing well group to Xujiahe well group.
