摘要
采用动态吸湿性能分析法测定高能推进剂的吸湿性,以典型配方NEPE(硝酸酯增塑聚醚)推进剂和低易损性推进剂为研究对象,考察了湿度对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:典型配方NEPE推进剂和低易损性推进剂吸湿性差别很大;高湿环境下,2种高能推进剂的力学性能变化差异明显;经干燥处理,典型配方NEPE推进剂存放3d后,抗拉强度和伸长率完全恢复,而低易损性推进剂存放10d,其抗拉强度只恢复至原先的一半。
In order to investigate the influence of the environment humidity on high energy propellants, the hygro- scopicity of high energy propellants was determined by using the dynamic hygroscopic performance analysis method. Using the NEPE propellant and the low vulnerability propellant of typical formulations as the study objects, the influ- ence rules of humidity on their mechanical performance were given out. The results show that the hygroscopicity of the NEPE propellant and the low vulnerability propellant possesses significant difference. In high humidity environ- ment, the variations of the mechanical performance of two kinds of high energy propellants exhibt obvious difference. By drying treatment, the tensile strength and elongation of the NEPE propellant were completely recovered after plac- ing for 3 d, but the tensile strength of the low vulnerability propellant was just recovered to half of the original value after placing for 10 d.
