摘要
介绍了N2O4推进剂泄漏的危害性,分析了带压快速堵漏剂的研究难点与关键技术,基于分析结果提出了带压堵漏剂的性能要求与研究方向,并开发合成出一种新型室温快速固化的KN型堵漏剂,其具有良好的耐酸耐腐蚀性能,在N2O4中浸泡30d基本无变化。新研制的KN型堵漏剂可快速抑制N2O4泄漏,有效保障人员、设备、弹体及发射阵地安全,将损失降到最低程度。
The harmfulness of nitrogen tetroxide propellant leakage is introduced. The 'research difficulties and the key techniques of the fast sealant with pressure are analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the performance requirements and the research directions of the sealant with pressure are given out. A novel KN type sealant fast curing at room temperature was developed and synthesized. The sealant possesses good acid resistance and corrosion resistance, its appearance is almost unchanged after immersing into N2O4 for 30 d. The newly developed KN type sealant can quickly inhibit the leakage of N2O4, effectively guarantee the safety of personnel, equipment, projectile body and launching position, and reduce the loss to the minimum.
