摘要
采用黑麦草为指示生物,探讨天然/改性麦饭石(NM和MM)对冶炼厂周边复合污染土壤Cu、Cd的固持阻控效果。结果表明:施用天然/改性麦饭石后,土壤弱酸提取态Cu含量向残渣态发生转化,由原来的37.36%分别下降至23.07%和10.37%。天然/改性麦饭石对土壤Cd的固持阻控效果与土壤Cu一致。天然麦饭石经0.5 mol/L Na_2SO_4改性后,比表面积由0.515 cm^3/g增加至1.281 cm^3/g,因此改性麦饭石对土壤重金属的阻控效果更优。土壤脲酶和酸性磷酸酶可以在一定程度上表征土壤重金属的活性变化。黑麦草的生物量、叶绿素含量和根系活力等指标均能准确地指示天然/改性麦饭石对土壤Cu、Cd活性的影响。
Taking ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.) as a biological indicator, this paper investigated the immobilization effects of natural/modified maifanite on copper(Cu) and cadmium(Cd) in compound contaminated soils that were sampled from the area in the vicinity of a smeltery. The study suggested that the acid-soluble extractable content of Cu in soil was changed into the residue form after the application of natural/modified maifanite to the test soil, reducing from 37.36% to 10.37%. Moreover, the immobilization effect of maifanite on Cd in soil was just as same as the effect on Cu. Specific surface of maifanite increased from 0.515 cm^3/g to 1.281 cm^3/g after modified by 0.5 mol/L Na_2SO_4, so the stabilization effect of the modified material was much better than that of the natural material. Furthermore, soil urease and acid phosphatase could be used to characterize the activity change of heavy metal in soil to a certain extent, while the parameters such as biomass, chlorophyll content and root vigor of ryegrass could accurately indicate the effects of natural/modified maifanite on the activity of Cu and Cd in soil.
