摘要
中性粒细胞是第一个到达感染部位的免疫细胞,也是哺乳动物体内含量最丰富的白细胞,其活化之后,会释放活性氧(ROS)、颗粒蛋白酶以及中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网络(Neutrophil extracelluar traps,NET),从而达到消灭病原微生物的作用。但在发生急性炎症时,中性粒细胞过度活化,会造成这些杀伤性武器大量释放,除消灭病原体外,还会造成组织损伤。现在越来越多的研究将中性粒细胞以及中性粒细胞释放的杀伤性武器作为缓解急性炎症组织损伤的药物靶标。
Neutrophils are the most abundant white blood cells in mammals and the are also they first immune cells that arrive at the infection site. After activation,neutrophil releases reactive oxygen species(ROS),granule proteases,and neutrophil extracelluar traps(NET) to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms. However,excessive activation of neutrophil during acute inflammation will release a large number of these weapons. These substances will not only eradicate pathogens,but also cause tissue injury. With better acknowledgement of the important role of neutrophil and its weapons in the acute inflammation-induced tissue injury,neutrophil and its weapons have become drug targets to alleviate the tissue injury during acute inflammation.
