新品种‘兴蜜三华李’的选育 被引量:3

摘要 采用单株选择法,综合鉴定分析评价,从‘三华李’(Prunus salicina‘Sanhuali’)嫁接繁殖群体中选育出‘兴蜜三华李’(Prunus salicina‘Xingmi sanhuali’).选育结果表明:‘兴蜜三华李’为‘三华李’优良芽变,平均单果质量45.44 g,可溶性固性物11.6%~12.4%,均显著高于普通三华李,总糖8.7%~9.3%,酸度0.78%~0.85%,可食率95.97%,与普通三华李无明显差异,6月下旬至7月初成熟,丰产稳产,综合性状优良,2015年通过广东省品种审定. A new plum(Prunus salicina Lindl. ) cuhivar ' Xingmi sanhuali' was bred using plant selec- tion breeding and comprehensive appraisal analysis and evaluation from the superior bud variation. The result showed that the average single fruit weight of the new plum cuhivar was 45.44 g, the total soluble solids content of fruit was from 11.6% to 12. 4% that significantly higher than that of Prunus salicina ' sanhuali' , 8.7% - 9.3% total sugar content, 0. 78% -0. 85% total acid and 95.97% edible rate which was not significant statistical difference with normal Sanhuali. The fruit was larger and uniform and has desirable characteristics including high yield, good quality and the fruit ripen date from late June to early July in Guangdong Province. The new plum cuhivar was variety approved by the committee for ap- praisal of crop strains of Guangdong Province in 2015.
