蒲公英花提取物对辐射损伤小鼠造血功能的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨蒲公英花乙醇提取物(AEDF)对辐射损伤小鼠造血系统的保护作用。方法将60只ICR小鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、照射对照组、AEDF低剂量(300mg/kg)照射组、AEDF高剂量(600mg/kg)照射组、AEDF低剂量(300mg/kg)组、AEDF高剂量(600mg/kg)组。测定小鼠的外周血白细胞数、骨髓有核细胞数、血清铁含量。结果与照射对照组比较,AEDF高、低剂量组外周血白细胞数、骨髓有核细胞数,均显著增加,(P<0.05)、血清铁含量明显降低,(P<0.05)。结论 AEDF可以明显减轻辐射对小鼠造血系统的损伤。 Objective To study the protective effect of Alcohol Extract of Dandelion Flowers( AEDF) on hematopoietic function in radiation injured mice. Method The 60 ICR mice were divided into 6 groups: normal control group, irradiation control group, AEDF low dose( 300 mg/kg) irradiation group, AEDF high dose( 600 mg/kg) irradiation group, AEDF dose( 300 mg/kg) group, AEDF high dose( 600 mg/kg) group. To measure the number of white blood cells, bone marrow cells and serum iron in the peripheral blood. Result Compared with the control group, the number of peripheral white blood cells, bone marrow cells of the mice in the AEDF low dose and high dose groups were increased significantly( P〈0.05) and serum iron content decreased significantly( P〈0.05). Conclusion AEDF can effectively relieve the damage of hematopoietic system, which caused by radiation.
