PM2.5与心血管疾病住院患者血清TNF-α表达的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨PM2.5与心血管住院患者TNF-α表达的相关性。方法入选吉林大学中日联谊医院心内科收入心血管疾病住院患者92名,均记录年龄、性别、既往是否明确冠心病诊断。记录患者入院时的中性粒细胞(NEUT)、淋巴细胞(LYM)、单核细胞(MONO)、血小板(PLT)、肌酐(CRE)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT),同时测定血清TNF-α的浓度。同期长春地区的PM2.5浓度值来源于我国环境保护部发表的数据,根据PM2.5浓度值(0-75μg/m3污染指数优良组;75-115μg/m3污染指数轻度组;>115μg/m3污染指数中重组)将患者分为A组、B组、C组进行比较。结果 A组、B组、C组患者血清LYM、TNF-α水平有显著差异(P<0.05)。C组血清TNF-α显著高于A组及B组(P<0.017);但A、B组无显著差异(P>0.017)。C组LYM计数高于B组(P<0.017),A组与B组LYM无明显差异。结论 PM2.5达到一定浓度时,可能导致住院心血管患者LYM、TNF-α表达水平显著增加。 Objective To investigate the correlation between PM2.5 and TNF-αof inpatients with cardiovascular disease.Methods 92 patients with cardiovascular disease were enrolled from China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University.The results of age,gender and past medical history of coronary disease.The results of neutrophil,lymphocyte,monocyte,platelet,creatinine,Alanine transaminase(ALT)were recorded.And the dense of serum TNF-αwas measured.The concentration of particulate matter(PM2.5)in Changchun area during the same period was from Ministry of Environmental Protection.The patients were divided into three groups(A group,B group and C group)according to the concentration of PM2.5(0-75μg/m3 excellent air quanlity,75-115μg/m3 slight pollution,115μg/m3 moderate-heavy pollution).Results The differentiation of lymphocyte and TNF-αof patients in group A,group B and group C were significant(P〈0.05).The serum TNF-αlevel of the patients in group C was significantly higher than those in group A and group C(P〈0.017).There was no difference in group A and group B.The lymphocyte account in group C was higher than group B(P〈0.017).There was no difference in group A and group B.Conclusion It may contribute to the increase of lymphocyte and TNF-αof the patients with cardiovascular disease when PM2.5 reach a certain concentration.
