摘要
党的十八大以来,严肃党内政治生活成为党的建设的鲜明主题之一。严肃党内政治生活是马克思主义政党区别于其他政党的本质特征,是我们党加强自身建设的优良传统和政治优势,是全面从严治党的基础和重要抓手,是解决当前党内突出矛盾和问题的一把"金钥匙"。做好严肃党内政治生活这篇大文章,是全面从严治党的内在要求,必须遵循三个基本要求,实现"五个转变",以增强全面从严治党的实效性。
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,rigorous inner-party political life has become one of the distinct themes of the party＇s construction. Rigorous inner-party political life is the essential feature that makes Marxist parties differ from other parties,the fine tradition and political superiority of the CPC to strengthen its own construction,the basis and important acting point of seeing party selfgovernance exercised fully and with rigor,and a golden key to solve the outstanding contradictions and problems existing in the party. Accomplishing this great undertaking of rigorous inner-party political life is the internal demand of seeing party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor. Three basic requirements must be followed and ＂five changes＂must be achieved in order to enhance the effectiveness of seeing party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor.
