摘要
为了提高HFW焊管的产品质量和生产效率,对HFW焊管生产过程中常见的钢带边缘鼓包、钢管表面划伤、焊缝错边以及钢带跑偏等问题进行了分析,找出了问题产生的原因,给出了相应预防措施。实际生产效果表明,通过控制原料尺寸、设计合理的轧辊孔型及工艺参数、准确的轧辊位置安装及润滑液的合理使用等系列措施,可以解决钢带边缘鼓包、钢管表面划伤、焊缝错边以及钢带跑偏等问题,进而有效提高HFW焊管的产品质量和生产效率。
In order to improve the product quality and production efficiency of HFW welded pipe,during HFW welded pipe production the common problems of steel belt edge bulge,steel pipe surface scratch,weld misalignment and steel belt running-off were analyzed,found the reasons and given preventive measures.The practical production effect indicated that the raw material dimension control,rational roll pass and technological parameter design,accurate roll position installation,rational using of lubricants and some other measures could solve the problems of steel belt edge bulge,steel pipe surface scratch and steel belt running-off,and improve the product quality and production efficiency of HFW welded pipe.
