摘要
面对新的形势,如何加强和改进国有企业党建工作,更好地发挥党组织在国有企业思想建设、生产经营、改革发展中的政治核心和先锋引领作用,关系到我国社会主义市场经济建设的成败,关系到企业发展稳定的全局。本文从国有企业党建工作的重要性,当前国有企业党建工作的现状及存在的问题方面,提出了新形势下如何加强国有企业党建工作的对策建议。
Faced with the new situation,how to strengthen and improve party building in State-owned enterprises,better develop the political core and pioneer leading role of party organizations in ideological construction,production management,reform and development of state-owned enterprises,bearing on the success or failure of China’s socialist market economy construction,relating to the enterprises’development and the global stability.from the importance of party building in state-owned enterprises,the in the present situation and problems of party building in state-owned enterprises,This article proposes countermeasures for strengthening the party building in state-owned enterprises under the new situation.
