摘要
高校科技产业化的核心在于健全的技术转移制度。从近年来我国高校专利申请与转让的情况看,科研成果的转移制度尚不健全,高校科技发明人与市场衔接不紧密,使得国家对高校科研投入未能有效带动相关高科技产业的发展。本文通过对我国专利申请与转让及技术转移的现状分析,借鉴国外经验,提出建立一套在政府指导下的高校科研成果转化机制,以促进高校科技产业化的发展。
industrial application of scientific and technological achievements in university lies in healthy technological transforming system.This paper proposes establishing a set of transforming mechanism guided by government for scientific and technological achievements in the university to promote the development of industrial application of scientific and technological achievements both by conducting analysis on the present situation of patent application and transferring as well as technological transforming and also by learning some international experiences.
