摘要
为解决在复杂灾难场景下公众应急信息的接收问题,通过对传统智能手机进行硬件天线改造及软件设计,实现了一种应急接收终端。该类型终端可在复杂灾难场景特别是蜂窝网络瘫痪的情况下实时接收FM广播网发送的应急FM语音和广播数据系统(Radio Data System,RDS)[1]文本消息,并向人群预警,从而弥补在公网瘫痪时公众人群的应急信息实时接收的缺失。
In order to solve the problem of receiving the public emergency information in complex disaster scenarios,this paper realized a kind of emergency receiving terminal,which is based on the traditional smart phone and software design.The terminal can receive RDS which broadcast from FM network in time,and warn people.By this way,it can make up for the lack of public emergency information receiving in Public network paralysis.
