摘要
近年来,随着气源的劣质化,天然气净化装置所用胺液中热稳定盐尤其是氯盐累积趋势不断增大,高酸性天然气净化装置的腐蚀问题以更加隐蔽、突发的形式出现,严重影响该装置的安全稳定运行。概要分析了天然气净化厂醇胺脱硫系统热稳定盐的种类、形成机理及影响因素;归纳和总结了不同热稳定盐的腐蚀行为和控制指标;介绍了减缓热稳定盐腐蚀的控制措施,为天然气净化装置的生产操作提供经验借鉴与技术支撑。
Along with the lowering quality of gas source in recent years, corrosion problems of high sour natural gas purification units appears in a more concealed and sudden form owning to cumulative of chloride ion, which seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the units. In this paper, species, formation mechanism and influencing factors of heat stable salt in alcohol amine desulphurization system of natural gas purification plant were analyzed; corrosion behavior and control index of different heat stable salt were summarized; measures for reducing corrosion of heat stable salt were introduced which provide experience and technical support for units＇ production operation.
