正己烷+乙酸异丁酯,正己烷+乙酸仲丁酯和甲基环戊烷+乙酸异丁酯体系汽液平衡 被引量:1

摘要 在常压下,使用Ellis汽液平衡釜对二元体系正己烷+乙酸异丁酯,正己烷+乙酸仲丁酯和甲基环戊烷+乙酸异丁酯的汽液平衡数据进行测量。对实验数据进行热力学一致性分析,并通过Herington检验。利用NRTL,UNIQUAC和Wilson活度系数模型对实验数据进行关联,回归得到二元交互作用参数,所得拟合结果与实验数据吻合良好。实验数据表明,乙酸异丁酯和乙酸仲丁酯并不适合作为萃取剂分离正己烷-甲基环戊烷体系。 The isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium data of n-hexane and isobutyl acetate, n-hexane and sec-butyl acetate, methyl cyclopentane and sec-butyl acetate at 101.3 k Pa were determined by using Ellis vapor liquid still. The data passed the thermodynamic consistency test by Herington method,and were correlated by nonrandom two-liquid(NRTL), Wilson and universal quasichemical(UNIQUAC) activity coefficient models. Then the corresponding parameters for the three models were obtained. The root-mean-square deviations of the vapor mole fraction and the boiling temperature calculated with the correlated parameters were less than 0.026 and 0.63 K, respectively. The results showed that the experimental data were agreed well with three models. And it's pointed out that isobutyl acetate and sec-butyl acetate cannot be used as the extracting agent for n-hexane and methyl cyclopentane.
