摘要
农户兼业是中国转型期间一个十分重要的经济现象。通过分析江西省的农户兼业现状,总结了当前农户兼业的特点,并为进一步改善兼业现状、促进社会主义新农村建设提出了一些建议:因地制宜,制定差别化政策;完善土地承包经营权流转制度,促进土地规模经营;逐步消除城乡二元体制,促进农户身份的真正转变;增加农村妇女就业机会,完善农村养老保障制度。
Farmers＇ concurrent business is an important economic phenomenon during the transition period of China. This paper analyzes current situation of farmers＇ concurrent business in Jiangxi Province and summarizes its characteristics, then puts forward some suggestions for improving the situation of concurrent business and promoting the construction of new socialist countryside： to adjust measures to local conditions and make differentiation policies; to improve the system of the transferring of land contracting right and promote the scale operating of land; to remove the urban-rural dual system progressively and promote the transformation of farmers＇ status; to increase the employment opportunities for rural women and improve the rural old-age security system.
