摘要
中央苏区时期闽西合作社是伴随着土地革命战争的发展而形成的,本文从制度变迁的主体之间目标的相容相克、具体制度安排的相容相克分析闽西苏区合作发展、受困的成因。闽西苏区的合作社实践可为今天合作社的发展提供借鉴:合作化运动必须考虑制度设计主体之间的关系;具体制度安排必须考虑效率与公平的关系;制度运行机制要完善内部管理,适应外部市场变化。
The cooperatives in the west of Fujian were formed with the development of the land revolutionary war. By focusing on the subjects of institutional changes and institutional arrangements, the paper shows the reasons why the cooperatives of the west Fujian got developed and stuck. The cooperative practice provides a reference for today＇ s cooperatives that the cooperative movement should take account of the relationship among the main bodies when designing a system. The relationship between efficiency and fairness must be considered in institutional arrangements, and the inner management in operation mechanism of the system should be improved to adapt to the change of the external market.
