摘要
本文采用常规细菌分离鉴定法,对甘南藏族自治州牦牛巴氏杆菌病的发病牦牛采集病料,进行细菌分离鉴定及药敏试验;同时,根据药敏试验结果,设计药物治疗比对方案。结果表明:在病料中分离出巴氏杆菌,结合临床症状、病理剖检、生化试验、动物试验等综合判定为牦牛巴氏杆菌病。药敏实验结果为对OTC(土霉素)、AKN(丁胺卡那)、AMP(氨苄青霉素)、SMM(磺胺甲氧嘧啶钠)CFX(头孢呋新)等抗生素敏感。最终筛选出的药物氨苄西林钠治愈率达90.80%,高于土霉素75.34%、复方磺胺甲氧嘧啶钠69.24%以及对照组自愈率的26.03%。
In this paper, conventional bacterial separation identification method was used to collect disease materials and i- dentify the diseased yak and then conduct bacterial isolation and identification and drug susceptibility test in the Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture. At the same time, according to the drug sensitivity test results, the drug treatment comparison scheme was designed. The results showed that the bacilli bacillus isolated from the disease materials, which was combined with clinical symptoms, pathological examination, biochemical test, animal test and so on, was judged as yak pasteurism disease. The results of the drug susceptibility test were sensitive to antibiotics such as OTC (doxorycin), AKN (butylamine), AMP (ampicillin), SMM (sulfadiazine sodium), CFX(cefuroxime), etc. The curative rate of sodium ampicillin sodium was up to 90.80%, which was higher than that 75.34 % of doxycycline. Besides, the curative rate of compound sulfadiazine sodium is 69.24%, and the self-healing rate of control group is 26.03%.
