摘要随着＂互联网＋＂时代的到来,＂互联网＋教育＂这种教育新形式正引发一场全球教育的重大变革,同时＂互联网＋教育＂的快速发展对传统教育教师也形成了巨大的挑战。本文分析了＂互联网＋＂时代给教师带来的机遇与挑战,并从教师信息素养的提升、教学观念与方法的改进、培养目标和教师角色的转变等角度,探究教师专业发展的途径,以期对＂互联网＋＂时代教师的专业发展提供一些有益的建议。
