摘要 1病例资料患者男性，46岁，因反复胸闷、胸痛6d，于2017年5月9日来我院就诊。既往有“甲亢”病史6年，高血压病史8年，吸烟史20余年，20支／d。患者自诉6d前无明显诱因出现胸闷不适，为心前区绞痛、闷胀感，伴有背部胀痛，伴大汗，发作与活动、饮食无明显关系，每天发作1-2次，持续10min至1h不等，伴有头晕、心悸、咽痛不适，有轻微咳嗽、咳痰，为白色黏痰。
