The Nongke Village of Youai Township in Pixian County is known far and near as a tourist village of folk customs, which is called a peasant park without walls. Every family in this village is engaged in both floriculture and the tourism to enjoy peasants’ family life. The gross industrial and agricultural value of output of the whole village was up to 11.20 million yuan last year with the income per capita over 8370 yuan. The peasants’ main source of income is from the floriculture and the tourism. Leaders from other countries and officials from the United Nations have visited there. The village received 2.5 million tourists last year Now it has become a model for the peasants in Sichuan province to prospect for a fairlv well-off life.
