摘要
"防消结合"是《中华人民共和国消防法》确定的消防工作基本方针,落实好"防消结合"方针是一个大的研究课题。本文从灭火救援工作的角度,指出了目前"防消结合"工作存在的一些实际问题,并从"防""消"知识能力结合、"六熟悉"、灭火救援预案制订、消防演练等方面,对灭火救援中"防消结合"的具体应用进行分析,对灭火救援工作中如何加强"防消结合"提出了建议。
＂The Combination of Prevention and Extinguishment＂is the basic fire protection policy determined by the Fire Protection Law,and its implementation is a major research topic. From the viewpoint of firefighting and rescue,this paper pointed out some practical problems existing in current ＂ the Combination of Prevention and Extinguishment ＂ work and analyzed its specific application from the aspects of combing knowledge and capability of ＂ prevention and extinguishment ＂, ＂ six familiarity ＂,developing firefighting and rescue plan,fire drills and so on. Furthermore,the author made proposals on how to strengthen the policy in firefighting and rescue work.
