摘要
感应耦合电能传输系统接收端LCL谐振结构参数的约束条件较多。传统设计方法需要进行反复迭代,较为繁琐。针对该问题,提出了一种非线性规划求解临界导通模式单位功率因数LCL谐振结构参数的方法。将繁琐的谐振结构参数设计问题转变为一般的非线性规划问题。该方法可以使谐振结构参数在满足众多约束的前提下,充分地利用谐振结构各个元件,使各个元件工作在较为接近的负荷水平,均衡地将谐振结构电压、电流应力分配到各个元件。最后,对所提的方法进行了算例与实验验证,搭建了额定输出功率为2.1kW的样机,并通过实验验证了所提方法的可行性与正确性。
The LCL resonant structure of inductively coupled power transfer system receiver has many constraints of parameters.The traditional design method needs repeated iterations,which is very complicated.To solve this problem,a non-linear programming method is proposed to solve parameters of the unity power factor on critical conduction mode in LCL resonant converter,which can transform the complicated resonant structure parameters design problem into a general non-linear programming problem.This method can make all the components of the resonant structure satisfy the constraints under any condition so that each component works at a relatively close load level.The stress of voltage and current in the resonant structure is distributed to each component in a balanced way.Finally,an example is given to verify the proposed method,and a prototype with a rated output power of 2.1 kW is built.The feasibility and correctness of the method are verified by experiments.
