摘要
目的探讨中西医联合疗法对脑梗死后遗症患者临床症状改善情况的影响。方法 90例脑梗死后遗症患者,随机分成对照组与实验组,各45例。对照组使用单纯西医治疗,实验组使用中西医联合疗法治疗,比较两组患者临床症状改善情况。结果实验组患者口舌歪斜、倦怠嗜卧、头晕头痛、肢体瘫痪、言语不清、半身不遂、舌质淡暗临床症状改善效果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组,且日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.247、10.012,P<0.05)。结论中西医联合疗法对改善脑梗死后遗症临床症状效果显著,可以充分发挥中西医联合疗法的优势,提升患者的生活水平。
Objective To discuss the effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine on improving the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction sequelae. Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction sequelae were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine only, and the experimental group was treated with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The improvement of clinical symptoms in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had better clinical symptoms improvement of skew of tongue and tongue, tiredness and lethargy, dizziness and headache, paralysis of limbs, unclear words, hemiplegia and light and dark tongue than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously lower neurological deficit score than the control group, and obviously higher daily life ability score than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（t=3.247, 10.012, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine shows remarkable clinical effect in improving cerebral infarction sequelae, and can allow full play of the advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and improve the living standard of the patients.
