摘要
当前,我国经济进入新常态,小城镇作为新型城镇化发展的重点,交通型及资源型小镇成为了城市产业转移的承接地,迎来了新一轮发展契机。但传统的小城镇粗放式的发展模式,会带来资源的浪费及生态环境的破坏。文章以仙桃市毛嘴镇为例,探讨交通节点型城镇在新常态下的可持续发展路径。
China＇ s economy has entered a period of New Normal at present. As small town being the focus of development of new-type urbanization, traffic-based town and resource-based town have become the acceptance place of urban industrial transfer, which brings a new round of development opportunity. But traditional extensive mode of development in small towns will bring waste of resources and ecological environment destruction. This paper takes Maozui town, Xiantao city as en example, to explore the sustainable development path in traffic-node-based towns under New Normal.
