摘要
采用条样法与抓样法单向拉伸,分别测试了6种拉舍尔毯的纵向和横向断裂强力值,并对比分析了两种拉伸方法测试结果的差异。试验结果表明,两种方法测得的拉舍尔毯的断裂强力值存在较大的差异,且采用条样法进行横向断裂强力测试时,试样易出现脱散现象。建议在进行拉舍尔毯断裂强力测试时优先选择抓样法。
The longitudinal and transverse fracture strength values of 6 kinds of Raschel blankets were tested and the differences of test results of the two tensile methods were compared.The test results showed that the fracture breaking strength of the Raschel blanket measured by the two methods was very different,and the sample was easily disociated by using the strip method in the transverse fracture strength test.It is suggested that while the breaking strength of the Raschel blanket is tested,the grab method should be better.
