摘要
燃煤电厂超低排放技术中,对烟气中低浓度颗粒物的精确测量是当前的研究热点。对样品称重环节的误差开展分析,首先通过国产滤筒、进口滤筒及一体化采样头的称重实验,分析样品失重对称重结果的影响;其次通过称量纸称重实验分析称重环境对称重结果的影响;最后分析称重环节误差控制要点,并开展全自动称重系统称重实验,提出了保证样品称重环节数据精确的措施和建议,旨在为建立相关标准提供借鉴。
In ultra-low emission technology for coal-fired power plants, accurate measurement of low-concentration particulate matters in flue gas was the current research hotspot. Through the weighting test of domestic filter cartridge, imported filter cartridge and integrated sampling head, the effects of weightlessness on sample weighing results were analyzed. The influence of weighing environment on weighing results was analyzed by weighing experiment of weighing paper. The error control points of weighing process were also analyzed. The automatic weighing experiment of weighing system was carried out, and suggestions to ensure the accurate measures of sample weighing were put forward in this paper, which aimed at providing a reference for related standards.
