摘要
利用棉纤维在碱液处理时膨化、在松式洗烘后发生收缩的特性,首先对纯棉水刺非织造布局部进行拒水剂整理,然后采用氢氧化钠进行碱缩处理,获得具有凹凸褶皱效果的纯棉水刺非织造布。利用正交设计方案对氢氧化钠质量浓度、温度和堆置时间进行优化,结果表明:当氢氧化钠质量浓度为300 g/L、温度为30℃、堆置时间为8 min时,可获得良好吸湿保湿且具有美观效应的凹凸褶皱型纯棉水刺非织造布。
Using the characteristics of cotton fibers swelling after alkali treatment and shrinking after loosed washing and drying process,the pure cotton spunlaced nonwovens in local regions were treated with water repellent agents firstly,and then sodium hydroxide was used for alkali shrinkage treatment,and the corrugated pure cotton spunlaced nonwovens was obtained. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the parameters of the mass concentration of sodium hydroxide,temperature and stacking time. The results showed that when the mass concentration of sodium hydroxide was at300 g/L,the temperature was at 30 ℃ and the stacking time was for 8 minutes,good moisture absorption and moisturizing property,as well as pretty appearance of the corrugated pure cotton spunlaced nonwovens could be obtained.
