微量元素和发酵增效剂影响金色链霉菌发酵研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究旨在进一步提高金色链霉菌生产发酵水平。采用正交试验方法对金色链霉菌发酵培养基进行优化,然后通过优化配方筛选出3种发酵增效剂。结果表明,在基础发酵培养基中添加0.001%硫酸亚铁、0.004%硫酸铜和0.03%盐酸甜菜碱可使发酵效价提高17.3%。分别添加0.02%G型发酵增效剂、0.02%F型发酵增效剂或0.01%甲型发酵增效剂,可使发酵效价再提高5.1%、3.4%和6.4%。 This experiment was conducted to study on improve the productive ferment level of the Streptomyces aureus. Orthogonal design is applied to optimize fermentation medium of the Streptomyces aureus, then sift through three fermentation synergist by optimum formulation. The results showed that: the fermentation titer of chlortetracycline could be increased up to 17.3% with the addition of 0.001% FeSO4, 0.004% CuSO4, 0.03% Betaine hydrochloride in the basis of fermentation medium. Respectively, added to 0.02% G type synergist, 0.02% F type synergist, or 0.01% methyl type synergist, the fermentation titer could be increased up to 5.1%, 3.4% or 6.4%.
