摘要
试验研究预消化蛋白对小鼠免疫性能的影响,将240只小鼠随机分成3组,分别饲喂基础日粮及添加2.5%预消化蛋白和5%预消化蛋白的日粮,试验进行6周后,采用酶联免疫法检测小鼠肠黏膜中SIg A的表达水平;通过小鼠腹腔吞噬试验测定吞噬率和吞噬指数;用石蜡切片技术观察肠道形态学变化。试验结果表明:预消化蛋白可以提高小鼠肠绒毛长度和绒毛长度/隐窝深度(V/C),有降低隐窝深度的趋势;显著提高小鼠对鸡红细胞的吞噬能力;饲喂6周后,2.5%预消化蛋白组显著提高小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数;预消化蛋白提高十二指肠、空肠、回肠黏膜SIg A的表达水平。
The test was to study the effects of predigested protein on the immune performance of mice. 240 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups fed with basal diet, basal diet+2.5% predigested pro- tein , basal diet+5% predigested protein, after 6 weeks, the expressionlevel of SIgA in mice's intesti- nal mucosa was measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assays, phagocytosis and phagocytic index were also detected. Changes in intestinal morphology was observed by paraffin section technology. The result showed that predigested protein could improve the length of intestinal villi and intestinal villi/crypt depth(V/C), has a tendency to reduce the depth of the crypt;Significantly improve the phagocytic ability of chicken erythrocyte. After feeding for 6 weeks, 2.5% predigested protein diet significantly increased spleen index, thymus index of mice; predigested protein increase the expression level of duo- denum, jejunum and ileum mucosa SIgA.
