超声监测比格犬胎儿胎盘发育特征的研究

摘要 为了探索比格犬胎儿胎盘发育的声像学的阶段性特征,试验采用彩超仪(型号为Apogee1 200 V)对8只妊娠比格犬的35只胎儿进行连续跟踪监测,于配种后的第10天开始监测,2 d采集1次数据,直至分娩。结果表明:第22天时可首次探查到犬的胎盘,临产期可出现母体胎盘与子体胎盘的分离,并在胎盘上探查到钙化灶,并且犬的子体胎盘能够为妊娠和妊娠相关疾病提供许多信息,不仅可以对胎儿的孕龄进行粗略的估计,还可以精确计算预产期,判断胎儿的营养供应状况。 To explore periodical sonographic features of Beagle dog fetus 'placental development,the color ultrasonic equipment(Apogee1 200 V) was adopted in this experiment to conduct continuous monitoring on 35 fetuses from 8 pregnant Beagle dogs.The monitoring began on10 days post mating,and collected data every two days until delivery.The results showed that dog's placenta could be detected at the first time on 22 days.The separation between maternal placenta and fetal placenta could appear in the parturient period,and the calcification was found on the placenta.Beagle dog's fetal placenta could provide lots of information on pregnancy or pregnancy-related diseases.The results could not only roughly estimate the gestational age of the fetuses,but also accurately calculate expected date of confinement and make a judgment on nutritional status of the fetus.
