摘要
水稻是我国重要的粮食作物,水稻种质耐镉性及镉低积累筛选的研究对于保障粮食安全具有重要意义。本试验以30个常规水稻品种为试验材料,比较分析了对照处理和2 mg/L镉胁迫处理对水稻种子的发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗的根长、芽长等指标的影响,通过对供试水稻样品的各指标镉胁迫指数进行单因素方差分析,筛选出具有优良耐镉性的水稻品种。结果表明2 mg/L的镉溶液胁迫对水稻种子发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗芽长等的指标无显著影响,但对幼苗的根长生长抑制效果较明显,存在显著性差异,故水稻幼苗根长的胁迫指数可作为评价水稻种质耐镉性的生理指标。对根长镉胁迫指数采用最小显著差异数法分析得出30个常规水稻品种中,IR^24镉胁迫指数最高为0.6601,耐镉性最好且与其他品种存在显著性差异,而水稻品种粳1711镉胁迫指数最低为0.0636,表明耐镉性最差。
Rice is an important crop in China, and the researches of Cd-tolerance and Cd-accumulation in rice germplasm are of great significance to ensure food security. In this study, 30 varieties of conventional rice were used as experimental materials to analyze the effects of 2 mg/L cadmium solution treatments and control on germination rates, germination indexes, root length and bud length of the flee seeds. The cadmium stress index of rice samples was analyzed by one-way ANOVA, and rice varieties with better Cd-tolerance were screened out. The results showed that stress of 2 mg/L cadmium solution had no remarkable effect on the germination rate, germination index and bud length of rice seedling, while the growth inhibition effects on root length were obvious. Therefore, the stress index of root length of rice seedling could be used a physiologicalindicators to evaluate Cd-tolerance of rice germplasm. Cadmium stress indexes of root length in 30 conventional rice varieties were obtained using the least significant difference method. The highest cadmium stress index of IR24 is 0.6601, suggesting the best cadmium resistance compared with other varieties, while the lowest cadmium stress index of Japonica rice 1711 is 0.0636, indicating the worst cadmium resistance.
