摘要
信息技术的不断发展推动了电力行业的不断进步,建立一个完善的审计综合管理系统是目前国网在审计工作方面研究的重点。随着存储项目成果信息的增多,目前国网的审计管理系统存在着问题分类不统一、未形成标准库、审计报告等不能与审计问题库相关联等问题。在标准审计问题库建立完成的基础上,将关联规则挖掘算法应用到审计底稿、审计报告、审计意见及建议同审计问题库的数据关联挖掘中,进而实现审计发现问题的实时追踪;引入基于位置的文件对比算法,以提高审计发现问题整改的效率。关联规则挖掘算法和文件对比算法在审计管理系统中的应用,可提高审计人员的工作效率,同时为审计结果分析提供数据支撑。
As continuous development of information tech- nology promotes progress of the power industry, creating an effi- cient and comprehensive audit management system has become a priority in the studies of auditing work in the SGCC. With the increase of the stored project information, problems such as uni- fied classification, lack of a standard library, the audit report not associated with the problem library often occur in the audit- ing management system of the SGCC. On the basis of the stan- dard problem library of audit, the association rule mining algo- rithm is applied in this paper to excavate the relationship be- tween the audit papers, audit reports, audit opinions and sugges- tions and the audit problem library to realize the real-time track- ing. In addition, the text file comparison algorithm based on lo- cation is introduced to improve the efficiency of rectification of the problems found in the audit. The application of the associa- tion rule mining algorithm and file comparison algorithm helps to improve the efficiency of audit work and provide the data sup- porting for the analysis of audit results.
