摘要
目的 探讨应用游离移植桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的临床疗效.方法 2013年10月-2015年10月,对收治的手指皮肤缺损创面18例,应用桡动脉掌浅支游离皮瓣修复,皮肤缺损面积：1.3 cm×2.1 cm^2.2 cm×3.8 cm.供区直接缝合.结果 18例皮瓣均成活,其中1例皮瓣术后出现动脉痉挛,经对症处理后皮瓣成活.术后随访3~12个月,18例皮瓣外形满意,质地色泽好,两点辨别觉5~8 mm,患指活动功能良好,供区直接闭合,呈线形瘢痕,腕关节功能不受影响.患者均在第6个月随访时进行手功能评价,优13例（72%）,良3例（17%）,中2例（11%）.结论 游离移植桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损可获得良好的临床疗效,是修复手指皮肤缺损的一种理想手术方式.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the superficial palmar branch of radial artery flap graft on repairing the skin defect of the finger. Methods The wound of 18 cases of finger skin defect, were treated by the superficial palmar branch of radial artery free flap graft, the size was 1.3 cm×2.1 cm^2.2 cm×3.8 cm. Results Eighteen flaps survived well, 1 case had vasospasm after flap operation, which was rescued by proper treatment. 18 cases were followed up for 3 months to 1year, and they all obtained satisfactory appearance, texture and colour, and two-point discrimination was 5 to 8 mm, with good function. The donor site was directly closed. Only linear Scar was noted at the wrist donor site.There was no limitation in range of motion of the wrist joint. Evaluation of hand function after 6 months showed excellent in 13 cases （72%）, good in 3 cases （17%）, fair in 2 cases （11%）. Conclusion It can obtain good clinical curative effect that using the superficial palmar branch of radial artery skin flap to repair skin defect of the fingers and it is an ideal flap to repair the skin defect of finger.
