泡沫铜夹层压印及压印-黏接复合接头的力学性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究泡沫金属作为压印接头以及压印-黏接复合接头夹层的可行性及接头的力学性能,选取AA5052铝合金板材及泡沫铜进行压印连接以及压印-黏接复合连接,搭接形式为单搭及十字搭接。对单搭接头进行拉伸剪切试验,对十字接头进行剥离试验。结果表明,泡沫铜作为压印接头以及压印-黏接复合接头夹层是可行的。并且,对于单搭接头,5052-泡沫铜-5052压印-黏接复合接头的承载能力、失效位移、能量吸收值均最优;对于十字搭接接头,5052-泡沫铜-5052压印-黏接复合接头的失效位移最大,5052-5052压印接头的能量吸收能力最优。 In order to study the feasibility and mechanical properties of foam metal as the interlayer of clinched joint and clinchbonded hybrid joint,5052 sheet and foamed copper were used for clinched joint and clinch-bonded hybrid joint in single-lap and cross-lap,and then tensile shear tests were carried out for single-lap and peeling test for cross-lap. The results show that foamed copper is feasible as the interlayer of clinched joint and clinch-bonded hybrid joint. And for single-lap joint,the bearing capacity,failure displacement and energy absorption values of 5052-foamed copper-5052 clinch-bonded hybrid joint are optimal. For cross-lap joint,the failure displacement of 5052-foamed copper-5052 clinch-bonded hybrid joint is the best,the energy absorption values of 5052-5052 clinched joint are optimal.
