摘要
基于双偏心摆式飞剪中上刀架的结构直接影响带钢的剪切质量以及其结构形式复杂性,本文借助有限元分析软ANSYS对上刀架进行力学有限元分析,获得了上刀架在剪切过程中的压力应变分布图谱,并通过弹性力学的计算来验证ANSYS分析结果的准确性。模拟计算结果对实际生产有着重要指导意义。
The paper dealt with finite element analysis of top frame in double eccentric flying shear by ANSYS based on the structure of top frame in flying shear could directly affecting the quality of the strips due to its complex structure and obtained the stress strain distribution of top frame during the cutting process in detail. And test the accuracy of ANSYS analysis through the elastic mechanics calculations. The analysis results will be of great significance.
