仿生嗅觉技术在微生物代谢产物气味检测中的应用研究进展 被引量:9

Advances in application of biomimetic olfactory technique to odor detection of microbial metabolites

摘要 针对微生物方面的检测方法具有耗时长、昂贵、操作复杂等不足,经过多年的发展,仿生嗅觉技术已经能够应用实际问题中,并且没有传统检测方法的弊端。介绍了仿生嗅觉技术之一:电子鼻的主要三个组成部分(气体采集系统、气敏传感器阵列和模式识别系统),综述了电子鼻在食品和疾病微生物代谢产物检测中的应用。随着传感器技术和模式识别技术的发展,电子鼻在微生物代谢产物检测中有着很高的可行性,跟传统检测方法相比,电子鼻技术有着明显的优势。并对电子鼻的应用前景和发展趋势进行了展望。 Microorganisms are closely related to human life.Although microorganisms have brought great benefits to human beings,they also have great disadvantages.Because of the disadvantages of traditional methods,such as long time consuming,expensive and complex operation,it is difficult for human beings to make timely and effective use of beneficial microorganisms and avoid harmful microorganisms.After years of development,bionic olfactory technology has been applied in resdving practical problems without drawback of traditional detection methods.This paper briefly introduces one of the bionic olfactory techniques: electronic nose and its main three parts of(gas collection system,gas sensor array and pattern recognition system),and summarizes the application of electronic nose in food and disease detection of microorganisms.The results show that with the development of sensor technology and pattern recognition technology,electronic nose has a high feasibility in microbial detection.Compared with the traditional detection methods,the electronic nose technology has obvious advantages; and the application prospect and development trend of electronic nose is prospected.
