摘要
目的探讨中医耳穴埋豆对小儿骨科术后镇痛效果的影响。方法以我院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的80例骨科手术小儿为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,2组患儿均根据骨折严重程度给予相应的手术及麻醉处理,观察组在此基础上实施中医耳穴埋豆,在感觉疼痛剧烈时进行穴位按压,对比2组患儿不同时间点VAS评分,并对镇痛有效率进行比较。结果 2组患儿术后6 h VAS评分比较无明显差异(P<0.05),且患儿VAS评分随着时间的延长而降低;观察组12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h、72 h的VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组镇痛有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科术后患儿进行中医耳穴埋豆,镇痛效果显著,可以有效减轻患儿痛苦,简易方便值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine auricular point pressure on the analgesic effect of pediatric orthopedic surgery. Methods In our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016, admitted 80 cases of orthopedic surgery were selected as the objects of study, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The two groups of children were given the appropriate surgery and anesthesia treatment based on the severity of the fracture, the observation group was also given traditional Chinese medicine auricular point pressure. The VAS score was compared between the two groups at different time points, and the effective rate of analgesia was compared. Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups (P 〈 0.05) , and the VAS score of children in the two groups decreased with time. The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 12h, 24h, 36h, 48h and 72h, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was 95.0% , which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.5%) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine auricular point pressure on the analgesic effect of pediatric orthopedic surgery has significant effect, can effectively reduce the suffering of children, is simple and convenient, and is worthy of clinical application.
